We mark the centenary of the outbreak of the First World War with a Remembrance Concert featuring the new work which Sheringham and Cromer Choral Society have commissioned from composer Patrick Hawes. Based on the life and faith of Edith Cavell, Norfolk's own WW1 heroine. Nurse Edith Cavell was executed in Belgium in October 1915 having been instrumental in enabling hundreds of allied troops escape occupied Belgium.

By collaborating with Orchestras Live and North Norfolk District Council we are delighted to be able to bring the English Chamber Orchestra to Sheringham for this very special event.
